We have helped several companies think differently about their business. Although we like to believe that our employees typically are creative by nature, there is no magic to it; it is all about taking the first person perspective, thinking without boundaries, and applying models and solutions from other situations and industries. Venturing
Many companies in the western world have organizational inhibitors against innovation. The creativity is often there, but all good plans go awry because they challenge the very organization that has to support them. We want to help organizations create bypasses around these inhibitors.
