Partners are the owners of the firm, and are experienced senior advisers with many years of experience in the consulting industry. They lead the larger advisory assignments and comfortably act as senior advisers on board level. Each partner adds specific areas of expertise and relationships. The partners at Spring develop new client engagements and opportunities in both advisory as well as the venturing business.
Manager
Managers are experienced professionals with significant relevant experience and/or an MBA from one of the leading global business schools. Our managers are senior advisors and client-serving professionals and have demonstrated true leadership and distinction in their previous careers. Our managers are project leaders and take responsibility for the delivery of the work: from proposal to daily team management and relation management. Managers are active contributors to internal development of intellectual capital and the growth of the office through recruiting, marketing and training.
Associate
Associates are our employees with significant professional experience in relevant sectors. Associates provide support to senior team members, and take ownership of quality deliverables. Their daily activities consist of generating hypotheses, designing data gathering processes and developing approaches for analytical methods. Associates are able to perform all-round analysis and take responsibility for entire modules within the given assignment.
Consultant
Consultants are hand-picked graduates with up to three years of professional experience. The backgrounds of our consultants vary from business economics and law to chemistry, technology and mathematics. From their first day at Spring the consultants participate in our advisory teams. They assist seniors with industry and data analysis, employ their exceptional analytical skills and contribute to the generation of our intellectual capital.
